“Bought the small umbrella...it's fine. The only surprise was that the carrier, Hermes, delivered on Saturday afternoon and we were out. Thankfully he had hidden it and left a card. Most carriers charge premium rate for Saturday AM and don't work PM at all so we didn't expect him..!”

“Hi I was in London from Australia attending a conference and for the evening dinner dance I wanted to dress up as an English cricketer - an \aussie coming over to assist Alistair in reclaiming the Ashes !! I purchased an English shirt in Australia but needed a cap to complement the outfit. The end result was quite good. “I've purchased online a personalised England t shirts . After placing the order I did realise my mistake and wanted to add ENGLAND at the back of my shirt . So straight away I called customer service , some female representative assured me over the phone it's not an issue and she will get it sorted .. After long 2 weeks wait my shirt was delivered today . Totally dissapoointed with that . They did not add ENGLAND . For a large shirt , it's quiet big too. Very thin garments . Might rip it with a gentle force .. Not happy at all . ..”

“Wonderful experience and loved the way the tour was conducted. The guide was well informed and made the tour interesting by adding few stories from past. The only part I did not like was that no photography was allowed in the player's room while all those pictures/videos are available on youtube and other sites. Also it would be good if the visitors are given more time to see around in the museum.”

“Absolutely useless, ordered goods over a 6 weeks ago , they have just turned up, These were ordered as gifts for Birthdays. On the web page no mention of out of stock items, or possible delays on delivery. I left 3 messages on the automated system as it seems no one can be bothered to answer a phone. Not one returned call. And now finally after an email exchange i have been offered my delivery cost refunded. Pathetic, i would never purchase anything from your shop again.”

“Excellent service. Bought by my daughter for her dad's birthday. Certificate arrived a couple of days later. Been before and the tour is well worth the money even if my husband who is a qualified umpire had to explain some of the question asked on the laws of cricket, we can not wait for the return visit even for a non crocket lover like me.”

“when puschasing tour tickets you may want to lok into the online eticket version so that if people are booking last minute tours they do not have to wait for tickets to be delivered and possibly miss out on their tour as they do not have tickets delivered in time.”
