“costumer service was good but, the screen cracked again after 2 weeks and i've only got 5 pound discount which doesn't at all help”

“Everything about the business is great. Good, helpful website, friendly staff, the office is nice. But they wrecked the fingerprint reader on my phone and I was offered no compensation. Also, I haven't noticed that much improvement in battery life since I swapped for a new one. So the only fix that worked was the earpiece speaker. I'm not sure i would go somewhere else next time, I think I just wouldn't risk doing any repair to the phone. The staff seemed highly competent so I think iPhones are just too delicate.”
