“I used the courier service for an iPad mini screen repair. The service was easy to request. The arrival of the courier was well communicated. And, the repair was completed with the iPad returned the same day. Excellent service.”

“My iPhone battery died, I ordered a battery replacement online and Lovefone picked up, repaired and returned my phone within a three hours while keeping me updated by email in the meantime. Amazing service, highly recommended.”

“Great service, were able to fix a problem with the iPad headphone jack which apple couldn't fix onsite, and fixed it for free whilst fixing the screen. Went back to get phone screen fixed - again great service. Will be the first place I try if any more repairs are required.”

“Had iPhone battery replaced. So far everything working ok. Booking appointment online very straight forward. Battery fitted on the spot. Service fast, efficient and much cheaper than going to the Apple Store.”

“I booked my iphone 5S in to get the cracked screen fixed yesterday morning, the courier was with me in 30 minutes, and I had my phone back in the next few hours. There was a little hiccough with the alignment of the screen when my phone was returned to me, but I contacted Lovefone and they got back to me immediately and rectified the issue without any hassle. Definitely recommend to everyone! Wonderful service!”

“Terrific service: friendly staff, very quick, very available (drop in service if you live in London) and while not super cheap were much cheaper than Apple to fix the problem and did it while we waited. In a world where teenagers fall apart without their phones, this was a great and speedy solution and I have already recommended them to others. And I never write reviews, so I really was impressed.”

“The service was impeccable! I submitted the email request and within 5 mins someone had personally responded to arrange the pick up etc. Phone was fixed, no problems, and returned within 2 hours. Brilliant!”

“Excellent service from the guys at Lovefone. Booked my iPhone 6 in for a replacement charger port, had been quoted in excess of £100 elsewhere and apple wanted £200 plus. Took it in on my lunch break and explained I was pushed for time. Had it back within 30 mins all for £34. Highly recommended”
