“I was so impressed with how quickly the technicians turned around the smashed iPhone screen! Great value and much easier than having to book a repair appointment with Apple! I felt much more comfortable taking the phone to a dedicated workshop rather than just handing it to some guy in a corner shop. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly, nice touch being emailed the receipt too rather than having a printed copy. Will not hesitate to recommend!”

“Have used Lovefone on a number of occasions never had a problem - they have always dealt with my issue promptly and well. Its very easy to work with them - I usually pop in and they seem to be able to fit me in and deal with me quickly in fact last time I think the turn around for anew screen was 5 minutes! Have in the past couriered the phone each way to the office - again very slick and efficient - you get what you pay for - they seem to really know what they are doing - would definitely use them again and would recommend. Plus they always give me a discount!”

“My iPhone screen was replaced in probably less than five minutes. Super quick service, very pleased. I hope I don't need my phone fixing again in future, but if I do I wouldn't go anywhere else but Lovefone :)”

“I love lovefone. As a father of three children I have used them five times over the last few years, and always send my colleagues there too - at both the Charlotte Street office and the Tottenham Street office. The service is always great, they are insanely flexible and they always deliver a great service. Highly, highly recommend.”

“I walked in on a Tuesday PM and was in a hurry. Lovefone had been recommended by a friend, but I'd not made a booking online. Instead, I presented my iPhone and asked if the screen and one of the buttons could be replaced while I waited. I stressed that I had only 20 minutes. 12 minutes later I had the phone, good as new, in my hand. If I get a problem again, this is where I'll be going. John”

“Excellent service and really fast turnaround! Like all people whose lives revolve around constantly informing my friends where I am and who I'm with, my world ended when I broke my phone on Sunday. I booked an online appointment at Lovefone on Monday morning and within half an hour, I was back to being a functioning member of society!”

“A great service, with fantastically helpful staff ( even their delivery rider) Although we had used their "while you wait service" before, the delivery rider was the icing on the cake, making it a perfectly seamless service . “I accidentally dropped my phone on the a train from Sheffield on the way to London. After a quick google I came across Lovefone and with a few simple clicks and filling out my contact details on a website that was easy to navigate I booked myself an appointment that was convenient to me and kept to my schedule. I received a text message confirming my appointment with the addition of a phone number to contact if I had any trouble. Due to train delays I was running 15 minutes late to my appointment so phoned to let them know. The lady I spoke to was very polite and reassured me that it was all okay and I should still show up. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly team who inspected my phone and discussed what they could do , the time it would take and the pricing. Within 20 minutes they had fixed my screen and solved my problem. I'd even accidentally left my card and ID in my phone case on their desk that I'd forgotten about and before I left they made I had it all in hand . The company were easy to find on google, their website was easy to navigate, their phone manner was professional and their staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Their prices were also very affordable . I would therefore give Lovefone a 10/10 rating and would recommend them to others as I had an all round fantastic experience with them .”
