“I explained the fault with my phone's camera before I went the the shop. When I arrived , they remembered my call, and within 10 minutes, they had diagnosed the problem, and offered an immediate repair. Half an hour later I had my phone back, working normally. They also warned me of an incipient problem with the phone's battery, but said that I should return in a couple of months, to get it replaced, with a discount! Thanks Guys! Abigail, Lady Hamilton.”

“I am very impressed with Lovefone and have already recommended you to family and colleagues. I found you on Google, wanting a repair place that was close by in Tottenham Court Road and was pleased to find somewhere so near where I work. Your web site was clear and helpful as well as providing good references . My repair was completed quickly and efficiently by pleasant , helpful staff in a professional and relaxing atmosphere. I like that ticket system for booking in and the immediate price quote. Many thanks for making a non-techy happy with my phone repair experience.”

“Lovefone fixed my rear camera in a fast and affordable way. After dropping my brand new iPhone in the toilet the rear camera and torch stopped working, Apple would change the camera for in excess of £200, lovefone fixed it within 30 mins in their lovely workshop for less than £40.”

“Great service, I booked an appointment the previous evening, arrived a bit early but they got started on it straight away, had the phone back within 25 mins, which was 5 mins after the appointment should have been! Hope not to break another screen, but if I do I'll be coming straight back!”

“Great service at a great price. Excellent communication throughout. I had a badly smashed iPad screen, but new one fitted with minimum of fuss, ready and waiting for me to collect a couple of hours later. Have used extensively since, and all worked perfectly. Highly recommended.”

“Only onw word to describe their service: AMAZING! Got in with the thought of screen teplacment needed, 30 sec later they told me i dont need it cause its the battery, 10 min later im out with nrw battery! Great!!!”

“Was very good, very quick. Even though was told would take about 3 hours, actually took just over 1 hour from pick up to drop off (central London). Would use again (though hopefully don't need to!)”

“My iPhone 4S had a smashed screen and faulty power button. Took it to LoveFone on a friend's recommendation and they made it almost as good as new within 30 mins. Also got a small discount as I was getting 2 jobs done. Great friendly service, thanks LoveFone!”

“What an amazing service! My iphone6 needed a new screen after it was dropped. The phone was out of warranty and the quote from Apple made it uneconomical to repair, not to mention their long lead time I was quoted. Lovefone had my phone fixed during my lunch break and for a fraction of the Apple quote. From the online booking to the helpful text message with directions it was a very slick operation. Great work guys I will recommend your services without hesitation.”

“Only criticism was I called during lunch time to give password access to devise being fixed. No one picked up the phone. Either the receptioons left for lunch ( fine) the other must pick up. Or everyone went for lunch at same time .. Last Friday just gone. The work done was excellent”

“My iPhone 5S got hurt when it fell off the bar in a pub! VERY cracked screen. Did the usual search on Google . . . toyed with the idea of schlepping to somewhere in East London for the sake of saving £25 or so. Decided I'd prefer to have a proper guarantee instead. Booked appointment online, showed up, sat down, read half a chapter of my book (the new Robert Galbraith, also recommended) and Abracadabra! One fixed phone. Better than new as the screen hasn't been this clean in months. Excellent, friendly service. Highly recommended.”
