“I was in London on a solo vacation and dropped my phone completely annihilating the bottom portion of my screen with in hours of arrival. Lovefone, responded to my frantic email as soon as they opened in the morning and set up an appointment to send a tech to my hotel at 15:00. Promptly, at the agreed to time, the tech called me from the lobby came up and replaced my screen in under 10 minutes! This meant that I didn't have to wander around an unfamiliar city to find them or take time out of a tight schedule of "must do" things to wait all day for someone to show up. They basically saved my entire vacation! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Brooke”

“Service was super fast and I was very pleased with the service. My dying battery was fixed in under 10 minutes without any hassle wich is the best service one can expect. Very easy to book an appointment, but one could just as easily drop by in store. Top marks, I would be using them again and recommend!”

“Excellent service - my cracked iPhone 6 screen was repaired in 5 minutes flat (I didn't even have time to open my book!) and the people in the ship were super friendly. Couldn't be more impressed!”

“The work was done very quickly and professionally - it only took 10 minutes to repair a completely shattered iPhone 5s screen. The only reason I haven't scored it 10 out of 10 is that £69 for 10 minutes' work is a lot of money! But I appreciate it's the going rate and they did a good job.”

“the service was so smooth and painless. a really efficient pickup and delivery courier to the door and great feedback on the repair. my phone was picked up , repaired and returned in a few hours with zero fuss. i couldn't have asked for anything more and what is more i thought the pricing was very competitive. i will certainly recommend this service as it is by far the best i have experienced”

“Cracked my screen Tuesday night. Filled out online form Wednesday on way to work. Lovefone arrived in a (pre-agreed) 2 hour window that afternoon. It was fixed in 10 mins. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“I was so happy with the service I received from Lovefone - they definitely improved my day after having smashed my phone! “It was amazing! I was able to book an appointment via the mobile site, arrived and in 5 minutes I had a new screen. After we left, the screen wasn't that bright, we returned and they changed it again as part of the guarantee. Great place, and service! Totally worth the money I paid.”
