“Cracked the front of my iPhone screen at 2am Sunday morning and by 2pm on Sunday I'd make an appointment with Lovefone and had my screen replaced. Their London 'shop' is very well located by Goodge Street station and they offer 30 minute repair Windows, so you can easily complete in a lunch break. The quality of the service was very thorough and at £69 a relative bargain versus Apple (£100+).The service comes with a lifetimes guaranteed which is very reassuring. Have already recommended to someone at work!”

“I was very satisfied with the service at Lovefone, the staff were welcoming and got to the root of the problem quickly and efficiently. I am very grateful that my phone was back to normal after a couple of hours service. I will mention Lovefone to friends.”

“New iPhone battery fitted while I waited (took 10 minutes). Friendly, efficient staff, central location and even open Sundays. I booked a slot before dropping in and now my phone is as good as new. Thanks!”

“Excellent customer service, excellent turn-around time. My phone was fixed within 20 minutes. and I don't have a 'common' phone (LG Nexus 5). Most other places would take a week plus to get it fixed / get the parts. I'd highly recommend this ship.”

“I called in advance to make sure that my phone could be fixed while I wait (as I only had an hour lunch break to get this sorted). I was told how long it would take, the price and the best time to arrive due to other customers waiting. When I arrived my phone was able to fixed straight away, no queue, and despite the screen being very badly smashed came back looking as good as new in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely amazing service, I can't understand how there aren't more of these all across London!”

“Went in for an ipad mini screen replacement; my mini is over three years old and this was it's first injury. While a few places online advertised (slightly) cheaper rates, being able to take this in personally and see the work area left me feeling more confident in leaving my precious with them. Would definitely recommend to others.”
