“The glass in the iPhone screen is not well fitted. It is raised in relation to the phone body. It looks as though something has swollen inside the phone. I'm trying to contact the store to complain. That was not the service I was expecting from the reviews I read about lovefone. An update: I went back to the store and they have changed the screen again under warranty. It is much better now.”

“It was very easy to book an appointment online. Once at the store, the member of staff that greeted me was very clear, friendly and efficient. The repair was very quick, and of very good quality. Sending the receipt and warranty via email as soon as I had paid was also incredibly efficient and reassuring.”

“Fast replacement of my iPhone 5 battery (even faster than I had been told - I barely had time to sit down before getting the phone back! Free use of the charger to top it up too, and a repeat customer discount. I would recommend to anyone!”

“Very good service . Polite, friendly, efficient , I brought my I pad in and had a call within an hour to say it was ready. It's now working well . The glass is a little thicker than the original as I am having to press the home button a little harder than before .”
