“The service was quick and friendly. However, the colours on my phone are lot more desaturated now, if this is because if the glass you use it would have been good to have been told this. I've screens fixed before and not noticed such a colour shift. Also when slight pressure is applied to the screen now I see spots where LCD blooms. Overall not that happy with it really”

“I have used Lovefone since before they were famous. Because I am an idiot and have dropped my iPhone tooooooo often. They have got more expensive - but they are fast, competent and you can get an appointment next day.”

“I was able to book an appointment for a charging dock replacement and battery change within an hour of my iphone breaking. It took them less than a half hour to complete the repairs. I was only charged for my battery as my charging dock just needed to be cleaned. I was impressed as they cleaned the dock and checked it was working for free instead of charging me for a new one. I will be returning and recommending Lovefone.”

“My iphone had a badly broken screen and finally had stopped working. I found Lovefone on the web and decided to go there and hand in my phone to see if it could be repaired. They took it in and said that it would be ready in about 45 minutes. I went off for a coffee, came back in 45 minutes and there it was, a new screen and now the phone works perfectly and looks brand new. Great service and reasonably priced, highly recommended.”

“Having found Lovefone online, I popped into store without an appointment on my lunchbreak, as was immediately greeted. Whilst not as cheap as other options (£130 for my iPhone 6s screen to be replaced), the repair was completed within an hour- which is much better than sending it away for a week. Additionally, being able to see the professional set up of technicians in the store helped instill me with confidence that my phone would be in good hands. Thanks very much.”

“I walked in after dropping my phone around the corner and smashing the screen. Was a bit worried it would not be fixable as a good 1/3 of the screen was gone. Not the case. The service was super quick and my screens as good as new”
