“This is the third time I've used Lovefone, and as I work in central London am able to take advantage of the pick-up and drop-off service. The courier arrived at the time specified, and my phone was back with me less than four hours later. This service is astonishing, and all for a very reasonable price too (I've no idea how the courier service can be so little extra)! I recommend Lovefone to everyone who has an unfortunate episode with their Phone. Keep up the good work, you go above and beyond! Thank-you.”

“Referred to me so made the trip down yesterday after calling ahead. Super friendly, super fast (under 10 mins whilst I waited) for an iPhone 6 screen replacement and just a great all round experience and service. So good in fact I came straight back today with my fiancées phone that was damaged too! Can't recommend highly enough. Nic Devereaux”

“I booked my phone in online the night before, turned up to the shop and was greeted with smiles both by front of house and tech staff. I was offered to either wait there or go and get coffee; I was even given a cafe recommendation (Reynolds - which was brilliant!) I had no worries about having to ask for a proof of ownership, as I was given a ticket - and in the time in took to have a coffee around the corner, my phone was as good as new. Completely seamless service. Thank you so much.”

“I never take the time to fill these in but working in a service company myself I know how rare and difficult it is to get top quality assistance. It was a great experience - fast and good for the price Roxanne is amazing , 10/10 responded to my emails before i even realised i sent them! Thanks! “Super quick. Super easy. Phone screen was broken 5pm one day, book in that evening and repaired by 12:30 the next day. I am sure they could have done that quicker for me but I couldn't get to the shop any sooner. Great job”

“I had my iphone battery replacement service from lovefone. While I was checking mobile devices repairing services on the internet. I found a few company that is providing in different prices. You can think of lovefone set slightly higher prices for their services. But prices definetely reflect the services you get from lovefone. I can definitely say that quality of service and quality of parts used are really high. If you do not want to have a disappointment about your mobile device, you can easily go to lovefone to get your mobile device repaired. Also, they are providing 1 year perfomence guarantee for repair services. Note: I always belived that reviews about companies could have been too commercial. You can also think that reviews could be fake. And I do not usually write a review for a company but at this time, I really satisfied about the service of these guys. It is your choice of believing or not. But I can highly recommend these guys, if you have problem with your phone or tablet. Thanks Best Wishes”

“I highly recommend loveFone. I took my two iphones, 5s and 6. One needed screen replacement and other was saying "Sim not available" Error. They fixed my 6 (Sim issue) as it was just some loose connection as I had dropped the phone. It might have taken 2 to 3 mins and they did not even charge for it. My iphone 5s screen was replaced but when they restarted they found that the logic board had problems. They recommended to take it back to apple as their was no point fixing the logic board. They put back the old broken screen and did not charge me. They might have spend atleast 45 mins working on it. As a token of respect, I purchased two screen glass protector that do at a death cheap price. Worth paying a visit if you have any problems with your phone.”
