“Superb service. Especially impressive was the Sunday walk in service which was quick and no fuss. Such disasters, such as broken glass front panels always happen to me at the weekend... Thank you Lovefone.”

“Replaced iPhone 6 Plus screen and surround. I made an appointment online and didn't get a confirmation so called and they said no problem come on round at the appointed time. I got there early but they started on it right away and 10-15 minutes later all done - like new. Very pleasant guys and obviously know what they're doing. Cheaper than some of the competition too!”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Despite the fact I'd damaged my phone quite badly (bent and smashed), they set about fixing it. Slight problem after I left (speaker had become disconnected in replacing the screen), but was promptly dealt with when I went back in five minutes later. And good value to boot! Would use again (although hopefully won't have to...!)”

“Very quick & efficient - my 5s battery was changed in only 5mins. The online appointment services works very well. £39 is quite expensive but, I suppose they have to cover the lease of a shop in W1”

“I arrived at lunch time without an appointment, and they'd replaced the battery in my iPhone 6 within 15 minutes. As it was a suspected software bug with ios 10.2, they even offered to put my old battery in if it didn't fix the problem. It turned out the battery did need replacing anyway... Very friendly service, excellent job.”

“They did everything they could to fix my phone, and when it did not work after being water damaged they promptly and efficiently refunded my cost. I was happy to pay them for their work and would return there for future issues.”
