I paid for my sofa a week ago, was expecting to hear about a delivery time today, just to find out from tracking company SHOP that my payment has been canceled by the sofa company, no reason given, and my money apparently has been refunded, but hasn't reached my bank yet, im very confused, as I have no sofa to dit on, and have no reason why they canceled it.
When am I going to get my settee from your logistics people Furdeco? I find all of this very odd, we could prepare the room as asked ready for delivery but the words
“We will be contacting you shortly Monday to Friday to arrange a delivery”?
*We are both at work and need for at least 1 or the other obviously to be here for the delivery guys so need to book time of work so I find the five days to call us odd- we need a call from you in advance to be able to book the day off to be here for you - like many other companies do!
Not wanting to be facetious but I think it a great shame that people give bad reviews in how the service is all set up before you actually receive the goods- please prove me wrong could someone give us call asap so we can book the time from work, Mon to Fri to make a call is a somewhat long delay we can’t move until you do this! 07779 004155 or 07891 259130 The Consignment number is
