“I was kept very well informed during the order/purchase period and the order arrived in advance of the estimated date. I did find it difficult to choose the size for the chain and so went for a "medium" which when put with the large-ish pendant looks delicate, but my partner thought it was fine.
Good quality chain for an excellent price, would definitely buy again, but research the size more.”

“I ordered the snake chain 1.7 mm 20 inch. It's fantastic and the service is superb . Also the box it came in was very special and would befit a more expensive pendant. What was wrong well only the clasp at the back. Boy is it fiddly and small , a bit of a pain and seems also to open the wrong way making it even more challenging. But it doesn't stop me wearing the lovely chain or Chakra Vortex pendent I bought it for.”
