I wish I had read the reviews on TrustPilot before I purchased anything from this company. They make it intentionally difficult to contact them regarding returning anything, and then when you do contact them you have to argue with them about whether or not you're even allowed to return it before they send you the return address! It's been a month since I contacted them regarding returning a carrier and at first they tried to tell me that because I tried it on I couldn't return it. eventually I got them to send me the address, and when I finally got a refund, it was £32 less than I paid! When I contacted them regarding this, they are saying that they deducted 20% because I supposedly tore off a tag! I took pictures of the item before I returned it and all tags and manuals are intact and I returned it in the original bag it came in. They will not provide evidence of this supposed damage. I tried the item on one time and immediately put it back in the bag. And for this, they have deducted 20%. DO NOT USE this company. Considering I had to pay nearly £12 just to return the item, I'm now out nearly £45 for an item that I tried on one time and returned in its original condition. Read the reviews on TrustPilot before you purchase from this company, as a lot of other people seem to be having similar issues with them and returns! Absolute scammers.

Please do not use this company!!!! I have proof of the return being delivered yet it’s been 6 weeks and I have no return? No update, nothing. Emailed and phoned them multiple times and I get palmed off. I don’t even think their phone works. Clearly a terrible company, clearly out to mug people off. They have no values at all. I just wish I check the reviews first.

I didn't receive item I've ordered nearly 2 months ago, the company doesn't answer, no item, no refund, seems like they just ignoring me. AVOID! I'm not first person having problems with them

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE I've ordered in the past no problems, however this time its been shocking.  I ordered a month ago, order acknowledgement came through perfect - since taking my money all down hill. No email to say my order was partly out of stock- upon chasing 2x weeks into my current ongoing wait, they emailed back apologising and they would issue the same item different colour. Guess what another 2 weeks later and still no delivery and no emails.  Uv50 hats for my baby spending over £30 for quality rather than your standard shop.  What a joke this is. I'll update my review in another month when I'm probably still waiting!!!!

I had the most awful experience with this company and would never buy from them again. I ordered two coats, the soft shell mamalila and the winter version as I was unsure of how warm they would be. I messaged using the online chat first to check that this would be OK to do and to return one of the coats. I was advised that this was fine so placed my order. There was 10% off at the time of ordering which was a big factor in deciding to buy the coat as it was so expensive, but the box to enter the code didn't show on my screen as it was underneath the confirmation button so I didn't see it to put the code in. I realised my mistake instantly and messaged immediately through the online chat. I sent several messages and received no reply. I then went on their Facebook page and received a reply saying it would be dealt with first thing in the morning. I was happy to cancel my order and reorder that night so I could get the discount as it was substantial, but I had no option to do that on their Web page. Several days later and I had sent several emails and still had received no contact. I then began to worry about a potential problem sending a coat back and receiving a refund as I had spent almost £400 expecting to get half of it back. I then googled the company and found lots of reviews stating the same experience where people couldn't contact them or get a refund and had to chase through their credit card company. I then spoke to citizens advice in anticipation of a problem and they advised me to take photos of the condition of the coat I was to return and get signed for postage. I received the coats, decided which one to keep (although by this stage I didn't want to keep any as I didn't feel the company deserved my money) but as I had to pay return postage I decided to keep one and just put up with that. I did as citizens advice told me to and returned one coat. I tracked it and saw when it was received. I also received an email saying they had received it and I would be given a refund. I waited several weeks and still no refund. I contacted the company again through email and their chat feature and they never replied. In the end I had to go through my credit card company to reclaim the refund. Luckily I had evidence of returning one coat plus I had the emails I had sent to the company as evidence and I was given a refund 3 months after returning the coat from my credit card company. I thought I was helping out a small business by buying from them, and they seemed reputable online with great reviews. It was such a stressful and.upsetting time while I was pregnant. I will never buy from them again.

I had a very shocking experience with this company. I ordered several slings to compare fits (they assured me when I contacted them that this was fine and I could return those I didn’t want). I’d never used one before so this made me more comfortable with the online order. They sent the slings in separate orders as they didn’t have them all in stock and decided to use the arrival of the first sling as the date of receipt to start the return period (even though I contacted them to say I’m still waiting for part of the order). I never received the other sling and was never refunded for the first two. I couldn’t return the first two as I wanted to compare it with the third and also didn’t want to pay for return shipping more than once. They said they would issue a credit note which I didn’t want as I just wanted a refund and not to buy anything from them again. However, I never even received the store credit!! My baby also arrived early and we both were recovering when all of this happened but the company was not understanding in the least or communicative (you cant even get in touch with them easily). It was sadly the worst retail experience I have ever had. Thankfully my bank opened a dispute and kindly refunded me for the slings. I hope no one else will have an experience like this when trying to prepare for their little ones. I also posted my review on their site and it was quickly removed. They seem to just feature the five star ones in contrast to the many very negative ones on here (so very dishonest). This company needs to be seriously looked into. Please be careful.

So far terrible experience, One email received about my query. No items delivered, no response on facebook, no response to further emails. No pick up when trying to call. For a highly regarded company this is very disappointing. Will be looking for a refund if query is not responded to.

As per previous reviews I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. Awaited a refund for items for over 2 months despite confirmation that they had accepted the returns and refund was being processed. No answer when telephoning. No replies to chat, email or F/bk message. Comments left on page deleted. Managed to receive funds back through raising dispute with credit card company.

Same as previous poster: they ignore communication when order does not arrive and delete negative comments from their Facebook. I am now looking to get in touch with my credit card provider to get my money back that way.

They don't posted there orders or stay in touch! Chat option on there website they will ignore and if you right a bad review on there website the simply delete it! So I guess as well on this side, the review will be taken off - Consumer has no power!
