Refund - Difficult

When I inquired about any additional items I might need, the representative said hoses, so I added those along with an extended warranty, which offers a nice 40% refund if there are no issues within three years.

Well, two employees at that Lowes told us that it happens all the time where old and used items are put inside of the new boxes and brought back for a refund.
