“Purchased a cuff bracelet in the Luisa Spagnoli store in Rome. Bracelet broke into 2 pieces when wearing it for the first time. After contacting the website I was told to send additional pictures and a copy of the receipt. I was then told that if I return to Italy they will rectify the problem!
