“Terrible customer service. Don't purchase from them. They add stipulations on returns after the fact. Dishonest and a terrible company to do business with. My order was over $1000 and they dishonestly kept $300 upon return of my items even through this was their mistake.”

We bent over backwards for this customer in order to resolve a situation that was totally of her own making. She refused to accept her order despite the fact we delivered on time & even offered to refund her the import duties which are not our liability. Her order is being completely refunded less shipping costs. We pride ourselves on our customer service but unfortunately nothing we could do for this customer was good enough.

“I have bought lots of n&willow trousers before so love them - however these are definitely not the size they say they are - very small cut. so will not be ordering again”

“Absolutely amazing body shaper! Gives me flat tummy that I want (really great tummy control) and slims my thighs .Material is silky, thin and super soft. Now very important!DOES NOT ROLL DOWN ! The silicon lines are super soft and stick to your body holding everything in place for hours! It’s a win win for me .Something that I was searching for a long time and don’t regret investing into luxury legs . Thank you for creating such an amazing product for woman that actually works and is worth every penny!”

“Big pants to hold in my tummy, which are very high waisted fit well and do what they are supposed to do. Quite expensive though, but I'm glad I've got them.”
