“If I could have left a zero star review I would have. The returns policy is appalling. Received an email saying my return had been received on 24/1 and I would be refunded in 14 days. Instead I have had no refund and they have continued to take my ClearPay payments. Also beware if you return items as they take the £3.95 return cost from the cost of your order. Avoid at all costs. !!”

“Luxury Legs is the only place I buy jeans from. They have a great selection and I know my size in Mac jeans. They are also very helpful if you call them and have a named day express delivery which is worth it's weight in gold! Thank you,”

“The item I ordered did not arrive although it was dispatched quickly. I phoned Luxury Legs and a replacement was sent out immediately. It then arrived the very next day! Excellent customer service. Product lovely quality.”

“Excellent customer service, easy site to navigate and a good range of products at great prices. I was extremely happy with my purchases and the returns and exchange process has been smooth. I am just waiting on a replacement item which I am confident will arrive when indicated.On the down side I am really disappointed with the lack of communication and so far no sign of refunds that are due to me! This is a huge negative against what was a positive experience to start with!”
