We had replied to every single message from the customer but the emails were bouncing back and the customer did not respond to our telephone calls. We always deal with any issues regarding delivery immediately.

“Ordered two pairs of tights - one unfortunately arrived damaged. Returned for free and they were replaced very quickly with no fuss. Good customer service. ;)”

“It is not easy to know what size footless tights to buy. I am a size 12 so picked 12/14 but actually they are fractionally short and a bit too big at the top. However it is not possible to know in advance.....”

“Good quality tights, feel nice on and fit really well, they don't seem to snag as easily as cheaper tights. I bought them to match my wedding outfit and I was unable to find any navy coloured tights on the high street. Very pleased with my purchase, would recommend.”
