“Very prompt service, items as described and bag makes a gift more luxurious. I always recommend buying tights on the internet as much better choice, and package goes through letterbox so no hassles about collecting them.”

“Had to ring for advice on some leggings and the help was 5 star I'm trying to remember the name of the lady who helped me! Could have been Gail but I'm not 100% certain, sorry! However she looked through several products for me offering first hand advice. Very helpful and also loved your branding. Packaging website looks very high end .”

Dear Frank Thank you for your message. I am sorry that you are disappointed with the service. Your order was placed on December 12th and was dispatched on December 13th which is just over two weeks ago. Packages to the United States that are sent with our tracked mail service do take about 3 weeks at this time of year. We do offer an expedited shipping upgrade. You should have received an email update with the tracking details as this is automated from our system. I trust you will receive the package shortly as the tracking shows that it has arrived in New York. Kind regards Stephen
