“I bought harem trousers. They arrived well packaged. I have a pair of these bought from a different place. Sadly these were possibly old stock? The elastic waste had perished and disintegrated on putting them on. I was unable to consider replacing and sewing elastic at this time and so returned them. I am waiting for a refund.”

After receiving these trousers which were unfortunately faulty we offered the customer the option for a refund or an exchange . The customer has been refunded.

We were in touch with the courier and the parcel is it on its way, it is taking a little longer to arrive and could be processed in a different location than usual. This is to help ease delays caused by increased volumes, and restrictions in Victoria due to the current situation Delivery will be attempted as soon as possible.
