“I am still waiting for a refund on part of my order in June as these items were too small which is why I have given only 3 stars though Luxury Legs always sells good quality and I love my Falke wool cotton socks please contact me reference my return”

We emailed Rebecca to explain that unfortunately the goods were sent back over the refund time limit and as a goodwill gesture she was offered an exchange on the return ,however she was unable to pick up her email at the time. We are back in communication and dealing with her exchange as instructed.
