Product had a bad chemical taste. Was supposed to taste better than Kachava, but did not. I dont taste the kachava in the various food I mix it into. One smoothie with LYFE fuel and it was ruined. Furthermore I tried to cancel the subscription and it is still being sent to me.

The shipping system is very low-rated. When you place an order automatically doesn't mean automatically. Sometimes you will get delays of your shipment and that is very frustrating. Especially when you want to keep up with schedules too many delays, and it's very hard to get in touch with any of the personnel.It's strictly through email system.

I paid for my order which never arrived. Even tracking page wasn’t available. Back to my original protein smoothie.

I was happy with the product but the online and mobile experience of purchasing was an absolute nightmare. Unless you agree to some subscription and automatic ordering it is a totally confusing and difficult experience. Hopefully they get it fixed but I couldn't deal with it anymore so I moved to alternative products.

I wanted to try this. I bought one and now am getting more. I did not sign up for a bundle or getting any within a period of time. I notified this company before. Yet today I received another bag. I received a gracious apology today

Tastes terrible on its own, I add a milk substitute such as oatmilk to improve the flavor. But it makes me feel good and helps me meet my protein goals.

I am 100% confused as to why your website and your confirmation email says that the flavor says vanilla, but the flavor is ACTUALLY vanilla chai. This seems like a really simple fix to accurately represent the flavor of your product. Plain vanilla mixes easier than vanilla chai and that is something that the customer should be made aware of before they buy this product.

Good luck if you ever decide to return the product. My husband couldn't get past the awful taste. I have been trying for two weeks and can't get an address or return packing slip. If you call, you won't get an answer, but will be referred to email. If you use the chat function to contact, they are too busy and you will be referred to email. It's a never ending non functioning loop!

Ordered 2 bags, got one. The one I recommended is also very dirty for some reason?? Have reached out multiple times via email, no response. Very disappointing for something that costs $70 a bag!

Not sure I'll buy again!! Disappointed, I ordered Feb. 3rd, got an email that it shipped but still no product. When tracking the item I ordered it's been in Dallas for 6 days. Super bummed , customer service is less than stellar.

I ordered my lyfe fuel on october 4th and still havent received it a month and a half later. I was told it was out of stock when i ordered it even though it said it was in stock on the website. I finally got a shipment confirmation email last week but the tracking number does not work so i have no idea where it is or when it will be here. Probably will not order again even if i like the product

Funny how you send me an email asking about my experience from my order a while ago.. I am also getting emails about my next shipment. Unfortunately I am still waiting on my first order.. about to cancel my membership and try out a different product. .
