“Pretty good product, low calorie, lots of vitamins, etc. Taste is ok (not great, but ok) My only complaint is that it does fill me up as I hoped it would be a meal replacement. Overall, I'm still using it daily and appreciate it's benefits.”

“LYFE shake is tasty and filling. I use cold water. Both the Vanilla and Chocolate taste great. I am reassured this is healthy with the vitamins I need, while keeping Healy as a vegetarian.”

“I do like the essentials shakes. They have totally fixed my gut issues. My only problem is that the bag says it has 24 servings but it doesn't. I use the scoop that comes in the bag and the most I've ever gotten is 21 servings and that what I got this last time I counted. I've gotten as little as 19 before. Not sure why it seems to vary some cause I always use 1 level scoop per serving. I have mentioned this before an they sent me a free bag to make up for it so they have been great too but it still hasn't changed and my last check i got 21 servings. The product is great, it's a little expensive but as I said it fixed my gut problems completely as long as I keep drinking it. The taste is OK. I make a smoothie woth the chocolate flavored and some peanut butter and I add raw spinach. Been using this stuff for about a year I think or close to it and I will keep using it.”

“I like the taste and ingredients, love that it’s only one scoop. Easy to mix. Only complaint is the 24 servings per bag. I’m active 7 days a week… have to be on a ranch, so why aren’t the bags 28-30 servings per bag?”

“The product is great. I get the chocolate and make a shake with frozen fruit. My problem is with there shipping. They ship every 4 weeks but it takes them 2-3 days to get it to fedex and fedex takes 2 days. So it is 5 weeks. So every time I have to change the shipping date so I do not have a gap.”

“Lyfe Fuel has been a good meal replacement. The flavor (chocolate) is great. I love the flavor of Shakeology more but that doesn't deter me from loving Lyfe Fuel. The biggest downside is their shipping is really slow on a subscription service. I am two weeks behind on getting my latest order. It shows confirmed but that's it.”

“I have used the Cambridge diet in England (Dr. Howard's Success Diet Plan in the US) as a low calorie complete meal substitute. Lyfe Fuel is less expensive, has more protein, and has more than 1/3 of the minimum daily requirements of many nutrients. On the packaging, it says it is the most nutritionally complete meal on the planet. However, it is low in calcium, has no iron, is low in phosphorous and potassium. (Cambridge is higher in all of these.) Because I live on the supplement for a month at a time, periodically -- I am having to supplement Lyfe Fuel -- probably with 100 calories of spinach per day. Taste is good. Price is good. Looking forward to results.”

“I am so happy to be taking this product daily! I got a subscription from my brother for Christmas and he did the investigating on products like Ka'chava and found LyfeFuel to be better for all the right reasons! I like the taste okay and use it in smoothies! Enjoy!”

“I really like the product. I don’t feel this huge difference but I do feel a difference. I wish it was priced a little lower. It’s pretty expensive and if it was around $49.00 that would be amazing. I regularly contemplate cancelling because it is so expensive.”

“In my previous review I posted a video showing there are not 24 servings in the bag as it says and I still stand by that cause I count every scoop in every bag and the most I've gotten is 20 servings. HOWEVER I have to add this to my review. I have dealt with gut problems for years due to medication I take. I wax lucky yo go to the bathroom 3 times a week. But now using the lyfefuel essentials shakes my gut is now fixed. I don't have alot of gas like I used to and I now go to the bathroom everyday so it has absolutely fixed my gut problems. Even though there are only 20 servings I will keep using it because it has helped me alot.”
