“I have ordered jewellery off Lynotts before but I am still waiting on an order from the 2nd of January, it should have been here by now 😭 I emailed them and said where was the order and got a response back to say it’ll be here in the next few days and still nothing … it’s been 3 weeks now since I haven’t got my order. I understand if yous are busy but im sure it shouldn’t take that long?! I won’t be ordering online again, I’d go into an outlet”
“I have had this necklace for 8 weeks and it’s broken countless times. I keep having to re-attach the T bar but it happens so often now I have had to stop wearing it fully. It looks nice but the quality is faulty and is not up to standard.”

Today over nearly 2 weeks later it's still online as in stock. It's just disappointing that my order wasn't fulfilled.”
“One star is even way to much, shared my daughters experience nicely and polite which wasn’t the best at all, got an email that they’ll contact me in 3 working days, on day 3 only got another email saying that case is closed and asking if I’m satisfied with their service while resolving the issue, when tried to press button that states that I’m unhappy next pages popped out that link is expired. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!!!”
