There is better irish jewlery companies to purchase from like Rosie & Dott, crystal and co, Dylan oaks to name a few. Customer service is really poor at Lynott. Slow response to emails... Lauren sends a 'curtesy email when sale goes through however, she hasnt any intention of assisting at all. So dissapointing....”
“Ordered the northern star Huggies weeks ago, when they landed it was the wrong pair of earrings sent so sent them back and got a refund as they were out of stock for replacement
Ordered them off arnotts then and they landed but the clasp wudnt close so sent them back and again had to get a refund as they were then out of stock
Ordered them off Lynott again and they landed last Friday - one of the earrings then the star wasn’t attached to the earring so someone if currently trying to get the charm on it
So disappointed as I’m out of money due to delivery charges etc never had a problem before used to always order and for friends etc but this annoyed me”

“I received the wrong item. I ordered for a personalised bracelet and a cheap looking ring came in the package. I was hoping to gift it to a friend that just lost her dad, now I had to mail it to her because she has gone back to another country. I was hoping that delivery date was just right in time before she leaves but when I opened the package, I was absolutely disappointed that I was sent the wrong item.”
