“The Mac Jeans that fit they really fit like a glow. I've experienced that during the years. Unfortunately I've been unclucky too to face too high deviation in the quality regarding size. I ordered based on the ones I have two new pants of the same form, article, colour, but both new ones were loose, hanging even. The pair I bougth 2 years ago of the same form and article are still perfect fitting.
As they were loose, I made a new order of the size 31/32 thinking they would fit better. All same artikel pants again 1995L, Form 0518 with colour difference. The colour H873 ones are loose, H738 a bit loose too but the H611 fits nicely. I am wondering about the variation about the deviation in the size. Are the pants potentially done in different plant?
The previous order before this one from spring 2025 of two pairs of the same item as above with only color differecne; one pair was perfect and the other was loose. I contacted customer service then and was adviced to return both pairs. Why do you need to return all items in the same shipment, wouldn't not applicable be enough?
When the sun shines as in the pants fit, they are lovely and that is noticed too. Sorry just that I cannot trust when placing the order what do I get.
