“Incorrect items sent due to the wrong photo and description being applied to the product code. My email requesting a return was deal with quickly, but I was told the correct items would be despatched once proof of return had been provided. Proof was provided as instructed and the despatch only took place once I chased it's status with customer services a week later.”

“Thank you very much Kevin for your response and subsequent replacement of my loafers. You were so understanding and helpful, I really appreciated your help. Please also pass on my thanks to Christina for her caring and patient assistance whilst I tried on endless pairs of shoes. I ended up buying three pairs of shoes that afternoon in your Foot Foundation store and Mary Ann was wonderful. You certainly have some super saleswomen and their help and your is very much appreciate.”

Dear Pamela, We are so sorry to hear you were not contacted and we will look into it straight away. We shall check for a replacement before calling you in the next hour. Our returns information is in the original order confirmation email with a form to download and print. All the information is also on our delivery and returns page on our site but none of this excuses the lack of response. Kind regards Macsamillion
