Hello Mary. We are sorry for any problems with the shipments to your address the USA. In regards the following orders: Orders #364/366/367 Shipped together - 21st November - RN068789272GB - Status: 'arrived in Los Angeles and being processed for delivery' - we were not aware of the delay with this item, we advise you call your local postal depot asap. If an item is not signed for it will be returned to the depot, and eventually returned to us. Order #405 Shipped 27th November - RN068789255GB - Status: delivered in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA on 08/12/14 Order #524 Shipped 1st December - You received the Shaping skirt and we shipped the remaining 2 pieces with Order #713 - Shipped 5th January (Slight delay with shipping due to Xmas period and amendment to payment details) - RN068797185GB - Status: 'arrived in Los Angeles and being processed for delivery'. We advise all customers to check with their local postal depot as if no one is in at the time to sign for a delivery it will be returned to the depot. Regards Scott

“I got my first by niki silver sport bra over a year ago in tk maxx. I didn't know the brand back then, but over time I started falling in love with my bra. The quality - it hasn't changed much after many washes, the shape - although it is a sport bra I wore it many times as my daily lingerie because of the shape it gives to my bust. Here I am - 1 year later and am waiting for the next sport bra and knickers delivery. I can't wait! :)”

“I'm very satisfied with the Made by Niki customer service! I've already ordered two times, delivery was always fast. My second order was the Peblum Suspender Belt in yellow that was only left in size 10 but I need a 14 so I've asked the customer service for help and they took care that the elastic band was made longer and it fits perfectly. Very happy with this product and excellent service, thank you!”

“It's my first playsuit and really gorgeous. If this is anything to go by, I will certainly be back for more :) I would probably order a size up next time, though it fits like a glove.
