Service was very good. Excellent communication, no quibble returns, speedy delivery and lovely packaging. This is the first time I have bought lingerie from Made by Niki. The sizing seems very generous though! Look forward to ordering more form you in the future.

I love the products, the fit and the feel even if my sizing is a little different; but that could just be me. Its refreshingly nice to find bigger sized bras that are beautifully finished; I need all the support I can get!

I ordered the Niki lingerie from Germany. I ordered two bras from Vintage collection both of the size 36B, one was perfect and seco d one was really big, it is very strange sincethey are even from the same collection. Now I am trying to reach customer service since I have some question due to exchange of that big bra, but I am not getting any replies already for 3 working days! I used orders@madebyniki.co.uk address and I wrote the first email on Thursday, then I wrote two more and today is already Monday and no reaction! I also tried to call them but I got an automatical answer that the number is not available at that moment. The service is really bad I would say. Lingerie is beatiful but sizing is also poor.

Hello Luliia. I am very sorry it has taken us longer than normal too respond to your request, this is unacceptable. In regards your questions you originally sent me, here are the answers - We have checked stock and we sold out on the 34B Vintage 'Feel' Bra (Pink) a while ago, sorry but we are therefore unable to exchange to the size you want. We do have the size 10 'Feel' Tanga Knickers. I therefore suggest you return the Tanga Knickers (no needs to use original box, a small envelope will do), we can exchange this item. If you wish to return the bra in the same package then we can refund you for this item, or if you wish to try it in Black we have these available in 34B.

I found the delivery cost excessive in light of the fact that it was a just a plastic bag and some tissue paper. Additionally, I would welcome an opportunity to be able to chose delivery method- it is beyond me why a recorded delivery is forced onto the client (other luxury brands either offer delivery free of charge or at least offer other- more economic options,e.g. Agent Provocateur). Additionally, pre-paid return postage label would be welcome. Lastly, the sizing seems to be miles off! I ordered two sizes which I normally wear and the fit was extremely poor. The fabric and stitching quality however, was very lovely indeed.

HI Barbara I am really sorry that you're experience with our products and service has been unsatisfactory. If you do want to return any items for an alternative size, style or colour then once we receive them we will send you the exchange and not charge for the additional postage - this is something we do for all customers. In regards postage costs, we do charge all UK customers a flat rate of £6 for recorded delivery, this cost was carefully calculated to cover postage, packing and tracking across all UK orders up to a certain size and weight - we send our orders tracked as standard as the majority of customers prefer and expect this service in order to feel secure that their orders is safely on it's way. We do offer free UK postage on orders over £150 and this is comparable to a lot of larger brands. We are unfortunately not in the position of many much larger companies who offer free postage and free returns on all orders, they can only offer this amazing saving due to the sheer volume of packages that they send every day. In regards fit, again I am sorry these items were not suitable, all brands are slightly different in regards their fitting process, we do carefully and meticulously test and fit all our products, however we appreciate that many customers have preferred brands for their own size and shape, if you do wish to exchange them for other sizes we will do our best to help you find something that fits as these bras do get great feedback for comfort and quality. I hope this response has gone someway to explain and help. If it does we would really appreciate it if you want to improve the overall review rating as this is very important for us to keep up the positive track record. Many Thanks Scott

I work very closely with Legslavish who is the world's only regular reviewer of hosiery and hosiery products. I deal with brands, suppliers and stores from all over the world. I ordered a suspender belt from MadeByNiki.com. It took a whole week for the product to arrive from the point I ordered. The confirmation email I received was addressed to somebody completely different and when I queried that I got a one line response with no real explanation or apology. The product is good but the process and customer care is awful. I won't be using this store again for a long time.

Hello Jon. I am sorry you have had a poor experience at madebyniki.co.uk on this occasion. I am glad however you are happy with the product you received. Our normal postal time scale is 3 to 5 working days from the point of order and we send all items Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, therefore you did receive your order in the normal time frame, we do also offer a next day Special Delivery service if required. In regards the error on the name on the email, I am sorry about that, I was sending a lot of tracking numbers out that morning and left the name of the previous customer on your email, the tracking reference however was correct, I did send a one line email to say I was sorry but understand this may have been frustrating for you. I hope this helps to explain the issue and that they it is not something that normally happens.

I still have not received the items I ordered in November or what I ordered a few weeks ago. I don't know what to say, I love your stuff but I pay for it and never get it...

Hello Mary. We are sorry for any problems with the shipments to your address the USA. In regards the following orders: Orders #364/366/367 Shipped together - 21st November - RN068789272GB - Status: 'arrived in Los Angeles and being processed for delivery' - we were not aware of the delay with this item, we advise you call your local postal depot asap. If an item is not signed for it will be returned to the depot, and eventually returned to us. Order #405 Shipped 27th November - RN068789255GB - Status: delivered in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA on 08/12/14 Order #524 Shipped 1st December - You received the Shaping skirt and we shipped the remaining 2 pieces with Order #713 - Shipped 5th January (Slight delay with shipping due to Xmas period and amendment to payment details) - RN068797185GB - Status: 'arrived in Los Angeles and being processed for delivery'. We advise all customers to check with their local postal depot as if no one is in at the time to sign for a delivery it will be returned to the depot. Regards Scott

Terrible customer service. I purchased a bra on madebyniki.co.uk. On the website, a particular bra I was interested said it was "Made in England." As I like to collect lingerie from thats specifically made in the UK, I purchased it. it came in the mail and instead said, "Made in Latvia." I emailed customer care letting them know about the issue and asked for a return shipping postage of 13.50 USD as well as my original refund. They said they will allow this but they failed to complete this request. on top of that they ignore my emails which is highly unproffessional. Will never purchase from them again nor will I reccomend them to anyone.
