This company has no decent customer service. First the magazines were cancelled by them as no longer available then a letter to reinstate them. Now no magazines arrived and no refund , they keep passing the buck to another subsidiary Jellyfish . This has been going on for 3 months , the manager Sarah Shaw does not seem to exist. What a shambles , disappointing and seems like fraud.

Don't use this company - read all the reviews first as they are all correct. I wanted to send my daughter a birthday present who stays in America - The Online subscription tried to double up the order _ so watch out for that !! Took all my details and let me fill in a gift card. Then said I would get an email confirmation and gift card would be sent that afternoon. Nothing - no email no gift card. So now I will be expecting the money to disappear from my bank account like the others in the reviews have experienced. And then a mighty fight to get everything back! Please don't get involved with these people.

I haven't received an email confirming a subscription for Carol Leverett although payment was taken from my credit card on 23rd of November last. I keep getting reminder letters to renew the subscription.
