"A couple of years ago I purchased \"Magimix Juice Expert 3\" here in Iceland. Not long ago, a few plastic parts under the juicer's lid used to press down a fruit on the cone broke and fell off. Considering the price and function of this product, the plastic lid should have the quality to not break from pressing a citrus fruit.\r\n\r\nI understand that manufacturing faults can happen even among the most high quality products so I reached out to customer service. The man I spoke to was quite unpleasant and assumed I was pressing the lid's level arm too hard while having no fruit on the cone. He did not believe me that the parts broke from simply pressing a soft fruit and so he refused to replace the lid for me.\r\n\r\nApart from this experience, considering the price, I would still not recommend this product. Although the cone works quite well, the juice extractor holds very little and stops when full, meaning, if you want to juice bigger amounts, from time to time you'll have to empty the extractor to continue which makes it inconvenient and simply adds more time and work."
