“I had a difficult time trying to figure out what the issue was with the agent on the line. I didn't understand that there was too much white space at the top, and what part of the white space needed to be covered. Also, with the switching in sizing of the sign, it wasn't the easiest. I called yesterday for help 20 minutes before closing and got no answer. I ordered this 2 days ago, but they placed it on hold. With the hold, it put my order 2 days behind, and I need it by the 19th of June. I am now getting it on June 18th, and I pray there are no delays.”
