“I put this order in back in January and downloaded a pdf confirmation of the purchase which I never received. I contacted customer service and was told that the payment did not go through but I never received notice that the payment did not go through. I needed these this week for a training and am incredibly disappointed with the email responses that I received. The only reason I am reordering through you now is that I have the template made and don't want to start over with another company when I am in a rush to get them.”

“Before ordering from MagnetsOnTheCheap, I suggest you carefully inspect the product photo I’m posting. The first photo is the proof I submitted — clear, concise, and high resolution. I called twice to confirm bleed lines and was explicitly told my bumper stickers would match my proof. What I received was completely different: the stickers are .045 weight instead of .030, and the print is fuzzy and unreadable. They look absolutely horrible. Customer service was unhelpful when I raised the issue and kept telling me they'd get back to me. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointing experience for what should have been a simple order.”

“No way to receive a proof of product prior to printing. The cut line and the "safe line" are too expansive, no one wants a forced border around their sign. Very skeptical how this is going to turn out.”

“Your site is calling my company's tax-exempt "invalid." It is not. I uploaded my company 501c3 tax-exempt certificate, valid til 2027, and it rejected it. I would like the $17 tax credited to my purchase. Thank you.”

“Magnets were folded, shrink wrapped, and put into a box to bounce around in transit. Total human error, and absolute carelessness. Spent a good amount of money on 7 magnets, expected much more care for the merchandise, because the artwork is good, but they came all bent up. Now they have me jumping thru hoops,.requesting multiple sets of.pix,.after I've already sent what they requested, just stand up for the 3 ruined magnets I paid for”

“This is the 2nd time my 6x12 magnets arrived blurry, grainy, & out-of-focus. I sent a Hi-res photo and received an UNUSABLE magnet. No preview review of actual image quality. No follow-up. You get what you pay for! Live & learn. Shame on me for trying them a 2nd time.”
