“So the last time I ordered these magnets for whatever reason. The address was changed by someone you're not know who. It was delivered to a previous address. I am lucky to have gotten them my someone who called me.”

“The world's worst customer service. Samantha C deliberately jacked up my order making false notes about the quality of the art work being poor yet the art work was this companies work. She then proceeded to cancel the order and lied about submitting the refund. Now I am changing all Credit Card numbers because this company hires unsavory and corrupt people to give your bank information too. No telling what else will be going on with my other information.... BEWARE THEY USE PEOPLE WHO ARE SHADY AND SUSPECT TO HANDLE CALLS. NO CONCERN ABOUT THE KIND OF PEOPLE THEY HIRE. hackers , thieves, anyone allowed to work here. Afraid to leave name bc their employees are probably criminals and will track you down if they know who you are. Really shady people employed at this firms customer service dept.”

“They sent me torn materials. When I called for a replacement and provided pictures, they said no problem. Then they sent an email asking for pictures and to do that again. Weeks and repeat attempts to resolve this! They said they shipped the replacement NEVER GOT IT! Ripped me off! When I asked for proof of shipment and delivery, they did NOT respond. Lots of magnet places out there, I would go elsewhere. No refund, no replacement for damaged goods, no thank you!”
