“As an existing non-profit, tax-exempt customer, I attempted to place our third order for your product. However, when taxes were applied, your staff instructed me to create a new account and enter our tax-exemption form again. That process began on February 23rd and took more than a week. The new form was accepted yesterday, March 5th. As I proceed to checkout, I see $19.84 in Shipping added to our order (FREE SHIPPING was the promo in effect when I first attempted to place our order). It took two phone calls today to have it removed. So, in summary, it took nearly three weeks and countless hours for a return-customer to place an order with you...because your system had a problem. Unacceptable!”
