“With your lines down and no chat it has been very difficult to complete this order. The first one that came through did not have the Logo that I sent and I had to cancel the entire order after trying everything else and now when I tried to complete the order the old cancelled one came back and the other order was showing 16 magnets????? Hopefully these are still going to get to me in time and your shipping costs were different as well. My first invoice showed $96.92 with no shipping and this one is $125.00 with a lot of shipping making me think that maybe it is not cost effective.”

“My original order had the wrong logo and I was unable to call or chat due to weather and the invoice I got, was for $96.92, but when I got an email telling me that my order was on hold, it showed the cost of $125.something, but again I could not get through, so I cancelled the order and reordered and hopefully it will be right when I get it”
