“The template to upload a design is not particularly user friendly with a "safe" line, "trim" line, and actual border of the edge of the item. It results in needing an excessive bleed, and therefore a smaller than desired image, to keep the design within the "safe" area!”

“Impressed. First order my graphic was not good enough. So I canceled it and you gave me a refund with no pushback. Also, customer service is great. Always nice for it to be a real human who is kind and helpful. Also, love your design dashboard. On my iPad Pro I couldn’t get it to check the spelling and such. So had to cut and paste from doc to check. No big deal…just FYI. Thank you.”
