Has anyone any experience of Magnet laminate worktops? I have ordered some 'planked oak' from a sample seen in a branch, but the illustration on the website is not the same. I did not sign that I had read the terms and conditions, but one clause states:- ' Pictures and drawings of the Goods in any of the Seller’s catalogues or publicity materials are for the purpose of illustration only.' Also stated in the terms and conditions, and even more worrying :- 8.6 'The Seller reserves the right to alter product features or adjust specifications at any time. If a product is no longer available the Seller will supply the nearest equivalent. The Seller does not guarantee that replacement products will provide an exact match. ' Seems like when you order you take pot luck!
