Love our courier, but the online tracking and customer service needs a lot of work.

Hi Medline Australia team, We're saddened to read your review. Looking into your account, I can see you average usage is about 2 per month, using our MailPlus Express satchels mannualy (handwritten). These types of shipments are manually sorted by hand in depots, and are much harder to track - making it difficult for our customer service team to support in tracking items. The good news is, and you may know this already, that we have a digital label that is fully trackable while in-transit via our online portal. You can access live tracking updates, even from a mobile device, as well as set-up automatic email upodates to your receivers. We encourage all MailPlus customers to use our online portal, which is free and very easy to use! This will also help our customer service team serve you better, in the event you need support tracking an item.
