“Scott McKay from Mailplus Campbellfield has been delivering and collecting our mail for the past several years. We have always found Scott to be conscientious and polite and nothing is ever too much trouble for him. We would be very happy to recommend him to any future employer. Thanks Scotty.”

“Colin does an exceptionable job in picking up and dropping off our postage requirements. Always a smile on his face and helpful where needed. Separate from Colin's service provided is the fuel charge. Understand totally for the reason of charge, but I do not believe it should be on all the charges, example Admin Fee, Parcel Collection, Registered Mail Collection as these are all part of the Pick Up and Delivery fuel charge. Admin Fee does not require a fuel charge.”

“The last two+ years have been a struggling time for many businesses. In our environment (office space), this has changed dramatically with Work From Home a main focus. This changes how we require onsite services, cut back on services whilst staff WFH, then reintroduce once staff are hybrid model or back on site. Mail Plus have been fantastic to work with during time. Catering to our needs with no concerns.”

“We have really appreciated the MailPlus service since moving across to them 6 months ago. We’ve sent thousands of packages, with very few issues. Service is super fast, our driver is always on time, and it has allowed us to streamline our processes. We do with the app was a bit more advanced with the Shopify integration, but it covers the basics.”
