“Sorry to have to be negative. I found the fact that i could not talk to anybody fustrating and was rather dissapointed with the quality of the actual print. With the photos there appears to be more texture on the finish. This was my mistake but would have liked to of discussed it. even with 25% i dont think it represented value for money. The interaction i had via email with Amy ? was courteous and the delivery was exellent”

“The canvas is stunningly beautiful and looks amazing in person. 10/10 excellent purchase. Why i have given 3/5 for Mala Art Co was because i tried to get in contact with them (couldn't find their customer services) as i was worried about the delivery and it was difficult to get hold of Fedex and was in limbo that my canvas was lost as the order was suppose to come on Monday but was earlier and was missed. Trying to get hold of anyone but was very very difficult and distressing never had this before. It eventually came and the canvas was fine when i checked it over. Thats my only disappointment was getting hold of someone for help or support at least.”

“Good delivery time and response time to my query. I just wish the product was more of what I was expecting for the price of it - and given it’s not what I was expecting/looks a bit different to online, I loathe the fact I’d have to pay a hefty fee for delivery to send it back.”
