“Unfortunately the picture wasn't exactly what we wanted and had to return to Mala. Zoe at Mala did everything to help when the courier I used failed on several occasions to deliver it back. The refund was processed very quickly. Thank you Mala for all your hel”

“My picture is absolutely stunning and delivery time was good. The only problem was the frame had a chip around 1 cm by 4 mm on arrival, in which I had to colour in with a marker to hide”

“The picture is stunning and delivery was no problem but the only blemish is regarding the black material where the frame would normally be. On all four corners, the folds in the black material has been left loose and hanging. It looks as the folds haven't been glued or stapled if that is the procedure. it is very noticable and something i will have address in due course”
