It has been now for 51 days that I am waiting to receive my order. One of the products never arrived...according to them they are veeery sorry but it is out of stock. Interesting, as it is continously available to order on their web... Other prodcut of my order I received after 6 weeks. Unbelivable, unacceptable...

awful shopping experience, it took 27 days to arrive when it was scheduled to arrive after 7-10 days after being ordered, terrible customer service they only pass the buck while you are waiting, i bought the item on another shop and they didn't cancel my order not recommended

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM I ordered a christmas present for my boyfriend and have tried on multiple occasions to find where it is and its no where to be seen nor do i have a tracking number ect I have lost £30 :( i just want a refund absolutely appalling service

I lost 290 CAD for this purchase. The first experience shopping out was good, but in June, the 2nd shopping turned out to be a nightmare. The package arrived in post office was broke and damaged so I refused to accept and claimed a return. It took two months to get back to Spain understandably especially during the pandemic. But kindness and patience didn't get rewarded. When I checked with customer service, they kept telling me to wait till warehouse received it. As one month went by, I was upset because the longer I wait, the fewer possibility it can be relocated. I provided the snapshots of the shipment route and status so customer service finally was willing to investigate and it took another 10 days. After that, not surprisingly, they insisted the warehouse did not receive it and this is the best they can do. What the hell! Isn't it topped the rank of worst customer scenario when you paid for nothing?! Keep your alert on when you shop there, everyone!

I ordered £146 worth of items on 17th Sept for next day delivery; it is now 29th Sept and my order has still not arrived. In fact I have just been informed by their customer services that a refund has been authorised and should be with me in 3-5 days. I did not ask for a refund - I wanted my original order! The Hermes site still shows a note from 18th Sept to say the parcel has been delayed and they'll have it on the move in 24 hours!! I have had to contact Customer Services daily asking for an update (they did not contact me); the return messages have all been very polite but only on the 3rd or 4th message did someone actually offer to refund the one day delivery charge. I was also told it would take 3-5 days for them to complete an investigation, which by the next message was then upgraded to up to 7 days. In this day and age, I would expect a large company to offer to send out a duplicate order while they chase their delivery company for the missing parcel. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from them again.

Do not trust this website. First and last time I will order. Half a gift set turned up. Thief in the warehouse clearly! Ruined birthday present. Absolute dreadful communication. You cannot contact them by telephone. Team of incompetent clock watchers.

Don't order from this site. They never sent the product and can't provide any information about delivery, because they never sent it. I have been RIPPED OFF!

I rarely leave negative comments but in this instance I felt I had to as my first ever experience with Mankind has been very upsetting. I ordered a conditioner and toothpaste which arrived very damaged. The packaged was smashed up and the contents of both items had leaked out. I wasn't as upset about the damaged items as I felt these things sometimes happen and it might have happened in transit. However, the responses and communication from MK has been awful and unsatisfactory and I don't even know if they sent me the damaged products. I sent mankind many messages via their website and fb till someone eventually got back to me. I sent pictures of the damaged items clearly showing how the contents had leaked. They have only sent me a partial refund because according to Hannah, the pictures i provided showed that the conditioner had leaked but that the 'toothpaste was only damaged in terms of the packaging, however the toothpaste itself was fine and still able to be used'. And i would like to point out that telling a customer that the packaging is damaged but the product itself is okay is not acceptable - that is not good customer service nor delivery of items as represented on their website. Why would i be okay with damaged packaging? I paid for a service and therefore expect it to be in the condition that it is described on their website. If it is not in the condition that you have advertised then you have not delivered what you have claimed you will deliver thereby misrepresenting your products and also breaching your duty as a supplier. Under the The Consumer Rights Act 2015, Chapter 2, you have a legal duty to deliver goods in accordance with clause 9, 10, 11, and 13. If you fail to meet this, you will be in breach of The Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under clause 19 i have a right to reject these goods, which i have done as they do not meet satisfactory conditions so i suggest someone gets back to me asap. I stupidly placed another order based on their initial response as i thought they would be able to resolve the matter, however i am majorly regretting my decision as i fear that i will receive another damaged package. As i said initially, i didn't want to leave a negative but the circumstances leave me no choice.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They advertise newer stock and then send old versions, when trying to contact them they replied to my email and then I couldn’t reply as their inbox was full. Presumably also from people complaining. When I finally got hold of them they couldn’t even spell my name correctly. Do not order.

I placed an order on the 4.12.19 ( 5 bottles of Aesop Resurrection hand wash)in good time for a Christmas delivery. Received my "free gift" of a 2ml sample of face cream a few days later in a ridiculously large cardboard box then waited. A few e-mails of apology for late delivery followed until I was informed on the 20.12.19 in the afternoon that my order had been cancelled as the product was out of stock !! Very poor service , which left me with little time to make alternative arrangement.

All I want to know is how do I get a refund? For a parcel that never arrived. Impossible to get a response from them. A phone call to customer services was a recorded message of opening hours, and nothing else. I am about to contact the press about them when I decide which publication will have most effect.

They are a joke and their staff members lie to you. DO NOT order anything from them. I've been lied to three times (which would be a sackable offence in my job). I got fed up waiting for my next-day delivery item and despite cancelling my order because of their utter incompetence and inability to be able to deliver items on time, they've completely ignored what I've said and the items are apparently on their way to me after 2 weeks. Disgraceful company who I will never be using again.

Messed me around BIG TIME. Ordered something two weeks ago for next-day delivery, got sent back damaged apparently, been fobbed off since then telling me they'd definitely come on this day and that, when I called up on Saturday 10 days later to just say cancel the items as I've had enough, one of their female staff assured me they would be cancelled and she'd tell the warehouse to stop them. I've now got an email saying they're on the way! Disgraceful. At least two members of their staff have lied to me and the girl I spoke to on Saturday should be given the sack for telling me they'd be cancelled then going back on her word, if I did the same in my job to a client and lied to them I'd receive the same treatment. Having said that, it's probably the company's fault for being completely and utterly incompetent and not training their staff properly. Shocking.

Ordered items over £100 on 01.12.2018 for Xmas presents ,website appeared items in stock,after 2 weeks contacted their customer services as order wasn't dispatched,they promised me that I can get order by Xmas as they aspecting back to stock 17.12.2018,still didn't received anything until now,Xmas ruined.

I made an enquiry about their Christmas Gift Box 2018 and was sent a link showing what was inside the box. What arrived was totally different. I ordered 2 boxes one to be sent to the Algarve. Mankind will not cover the cost of return even though I've been miss sold. I have bought many items from them in the past and cant believe how I've been treated.

This company shipped me three premium bottles of soap wrapped in newspaper, like a Chinatown herbalist, with one frankly open and leaking. The box was soaked through, half the bottle was empty. Upon writing customer service the next day, I was informed that without photographs of the damage, they could not process a request. How could I have possibly known this when just 18 hours before I had thrown away a soap-sodden box. No refund, no resolution, no help. Just demands. Thanks for making it easy to never order from Mankind again.
