Took your products back to approved merchant as wrong colour chips in corners did not even open the pallet it was wrong product paid cash two weeks in advance only to be told my refund will maybe approved by marshalls after inspection with a £95 handling charge after charging me £90 to split a pallet as and when that happens they can't help me ???????????

Having a dreadful time with delivery. Have been told for three days the delivery is on route with a guaranteed time slot which is simply not true. We have landscapers waiting, skips delivered all costing money. The relationship between Marshalls and their delivery company is dire, someone in the delivery company is not being truthful and it’s costing money and time. Awful. I’ve now been told this morning even though the delivery company might say it will be delivered today, there is still no guarantee. Customer service at Marshalls very friendly / helpful but let down badly by external haulage company. Unfortunately I would say definitely go elsewhere.

As an approved contractor since the inception of the Marshall's register with an annual spend of over £100k for over 30 years, there has been a noticeable steady increase of defective and sub standard products. Low density crumbling blocks that don't dry out. Colour issues. Crumbling edges, damages major thickness variations etc. Complaints not properly dealt with. Calls to major management players unanswered. These problems have cost my company thousands in loss of profit and costs and have become more and more acute over several years. I have had on site meetings with management admitting production quality issues but they do not act on the problems. There are jobs that have been relaid that still require attention. Time to change supply to other manufacturers. BUYERS. BEWARE!

Didn't deliver my pavers. Utterly stupid people. Cost me money to hire equipment that I couldn't use because they didn't deliver

Hi, thanks for your feedback and sorry you feel this way. We have refunded the full amount to you, but for future reference, it is worth noting that our terms and conditions do state that we can't deliver goods without an authorised signature. We did attempt to deliver to you on the agreed date but when we arrived at the address there was no one there and we were unable to get hold of you. Had my driveway pointed in 365 which sadly has never set. The merchant has replaced the product for the contractor but refuses to pay labour stating that not to be used on a driveway. As my driveway covers 75m2 and we only park 2 vehicles on the drive I cannot accept this to be the reason that none of the material has set after many months of being down even on areas that are never parked on. So come on Marshall's step up and do the decent thing and reimburse the merchant for the materials and more so pay the contractor their labour costs. Times are hard enough at the moment to expect people to work for free when clearly there is an issue with product.

The cladding was due yesterday - didnt turn up, no phone call, email or text to say it would be delayed or to give an idea when it will arrive now. Pretty appalling so far.

Second order from Marshalls, second time the delivery didn’t arrive in the stated timeframe. This despite charging £10 to deliver one tub of jointing compound. Hopefully the last time I’ll need to use them

One star is one too many! Half the slabs in three packs of 30 have cracks in them. Refund would be nice.

I ordered 2 x2 pallets of light and dark grey slabs and the delivery driver only delivered 3. I cannot understand that this could happen when the delivery note actually states 2 x 2 pallets. I have emailed Marshalls and as of now, I have not received a response. Therefore, I am not impressed as the service I have received has been inadequate .

Agreed delivery date was 19th so I had conctractors booked in to carry out installation. I was not informed it was an estimate delivery date. I now have lost money with sub contractors as it to late to cancel them. Won’t be using you again

Late delivering and have delivered the wrong product. Slabs are packed with no liner between so impossible to move without scratching tile.

My name is Mr Gurmeet Singh my order no is X1582040. I paid for an order on the 7th of April 2022 the amount was £17,631.15. I was told 1 out of the 3 products (please see details below) is in stock and has been secured for me for delivery when i am ready. The delivery was for the 6th of May 2022, no delivery came. When i called i was told the product is out of stock. I then requested to speak with the sales representative who originally took my order a Hannah Newbould. Hannah looked into my order and told me the product that was secured for me has been sold. Also, the other 2 products i was guaranteed will be in stock 2nd week of May. I have now been told the products will not be in stock until July. I expressed my disappointment and also my concern to Hannah Newbould. She said she will get her manager to call me to see what can be done. The delivery was missing the Primer and Compound I have now had to pay almost £100.00 for something I already paid for. Delivery Company Devereux rude no order checklist just didn't care caused the job to be rescheduled NOT IMPRESS

Very poor, ordered just 2 corner kerbs for a double step and they sent out the wrong ones and 2 different colours? Then there was a delay on the second delivery with no pre warning and was only informed after I got in touch to find out what was happening as it was getting late, my wife waited in all day for and cost me half a days labour to the builder I had to cancel last minute, all they offered in compensation was the cost of the delivery and tried to blame the issue on the courier despite the initial mistake being made my Marshall’s themselves, pretty poor from an organisation of this size.

Do not buy the Symphony Plus Driveway. It is not possible to complete the job because the jointing product is not available. Marshalls unconcerned.

Warning Warning - buyer beware. I am about to instigate legal action against this company for selling me an expensive driveway product that cannot be properly installed because it has been launched and sold without the jointing material needed to complete the job. This material is not available to buy in the UK. The people in their sales/technical team initially said to me that the product had been launched too early, without being thought through. Initially, the management did not return my calls; now, they are trying to absolve themselves of any responsibility. They have been utterly unhelpful and obstructive. This company has been dishonest in their dealings with me and have no regard for their conduct. I urge you to buy from a supplier who is decent and has a concern for their customers; this company lacks integrity. I was interested to see other reviews from employees complaining of a culture of bullying - it doesn't surprise me. I shan't be fobbed off, Marshalls, - I am seeking legal redress.

NO STARS!! Absolutely devastated! Samples out of stock so unable to go that route never thought for one minute that after carefully opening coping stones to obviously see how they looked on my wall as I would have thought anyone would have needed to do !!! We are now told they cannot be returned, if your item has been opened ! I’m lost for words and absolutely gutted ! How are u suppose to know if it’s suitable if you can’t open the thing ?? Soon to take your money but not interested if the items aren’t suitable even though we agreed the restock and haulage charge ! Don’t bother people as if ur not happy u have no chance 😡
