Unfortunately “Marshall’s register and accreditation” appears to have no value - unqualified contractor, botched installation… subsidence started 4 weeks after the install of the patio… now have to fight with “Marshall’s guarantee” … don’t be misled by Marshall’s “accreditation” or “guarantee” - zero value, just marketing to sell more stuff… very sad

Delivery driver turning up at half 7 in the morning no warning and then having to get a forklift to unload

Really disappointed to write this as the actual cobbles look great but having spent a huge amount of money for us on a Drivesys Cobble Driveway, the special grout has crumbled in a matter of 10 months. We now have weeds and the expense of having to redo it a year on. Customer Services who were awful in my opinion, tell me it can happen after as little as 6m. Make sure you have deep pockets.

Very disappointed with Marshalls Customer Service. My husband and I wanted to place an initial order for 9 tubs of WeatherPoint 365. In my view the cost of delivery is all over the place. If one buys 6 tubs the delivery charge is £27.90. If one buys 9/10 tubs the delivery charge is £95. Consequently, I phoned up Marshalls directly to discuss. After waiting what seemed like a considerable length of time, I was put through to the Sales Office. The gentleman to whom I spoke - a sales negotiator - was not in the least bit helpful, nor friendly. I asked if there could be an improvement on the delivery charges. He said certainly not and according to him all prices were fixed by the structure/s in place. He was curt. In response, I asked him in a polite tone what the point of his role was? My husband and I ordered 6 tubs to begin with. We have ordered a subsequent 4 tubs, which are still to arrive and their delay has inconvenienced the re-pointing of our drive and pathways. However, it has worked out cheaper by splitting the delivery charges over 2 lots. The product - too soon to day. However, from our experience we suggest that the support videos make the task a bit easier than it is. Our overall orders have cost: £361.30.

When delivering this product, we have to use a slightly different method when a larger number of tubs are ordered - this is to ensure it arrives safely and securely to you but it is a slightly higher cost as you have seen. Paid Marshall’s 2.5 k. For porcelain tiles One day before delivery,I receive a call saying out of stock As a large purchaser of building goods that’s the first time I have heard of that Purchase was done about 10 days before and was told we’re in stock Regards John Reid

My online order didn't update on the website so no confirmation of delivery except by telephone. What's the point of telling you to track your order online when it doesn't work? The delivery date wasn't kept I was only advised by email not phone that the driver wouldn't be coming. Told it would be the first delivery the next day, but that didn't happen, telephoned again and was promised a call back within 5 minutes confirming ETA, but that didn't happen either. I then received an email saying delivery would be before midday - and that that didn't happen. Finally arrived early afternoon. In summary, poor CS communication, and delivery dates times promised but not kept.

The products are ok. However you can only order full pallets. If you want a part pallet you have to order from a builders merchant who charge you extra for the delivery charge. In hindsight probably better to order everything from the builders merchant.

Unfortunately 8 of the paving slabs in my delivery were damaged, delivery driver very rude and incompetent, couldn't use sac truck properly and ended up breaking pallet which allowed the slabs to pivot and rub together.

First available delivery date was 12 days from placing the order which is a bit of joke and very disappointing.

120 flags delivered. 36 unusable. No longer in stock to replace damaged stock. Supposed to be quality checked before delivery. Really disappointed. Need to wait until the middle of August to get replacements. Daughters 18th birthday ruined as patio will not be completed

Massive stock issues which has left my drive half finished, ordered the 1st 100 m2 which are laid, the balance 70 m2 I have to wait 10 weeks for. Drive is a mess and we cant use it. Love the product, hate the stock situation.

Although the people at Marshalls were very courteous, I was very frustrated having called several times to find that my delivery due on Friday 4th June had not arrived which meant that the work could not start that weekend. I was told that the consignment had been delivered which was not the case and I checked that it had not been dropped off at our neighbours. I later learned that it had been delivered, by mistake, at your Ramsbottom depot and it was not possible to retrieve it that weekend. Under the circumstances please arrange for some form of compensation

Tiles are fine, but the delivery was terrible. The delivery driver got lost, seemed incapable of driving his lorry and struggled to unload the tiles ending up in him leaving them in the road. Completely unacceptable level of service. Sorry Marshall’s your product is fine but major problems with the delivery.

I ordered three kerb stones which cost £19, the delivery charge was £75, I think this is a bit steep. I requested a sample stone which was delivered next day free of charge?.... need to review your delivery charges for small orders?
