“I was really excited to order from Mason Cash as I love their products. But my order arrived broken and covered in mould. Customer services were hard to find online and I really got passed around the houses and ended up with the parent company so very confusing as they seem to work with lots of brands. The replacement items still haven’t arrived and I’ve emailed them and had no reply again, not sure what to do at this point as I’m out of pocket and it’s been several months now. So I wouldn’t shop directly with them again after this truly terrible experience, so much hassle and it’s just not worth the stress it’s caused. Also, I would like my money back for the damaged items as am still out of pocket several months on.”

“I ordered two green mixing bowls as a gift. They arrived very quickly and beautifully packaged and the gift was very much appreciated, especially the lovely green colour. Such a lovely traditional brand that is managing to stay current and to run excellent e-commerce.”

“I bought directly from Maison Cash, despite lower prices elsewhere, as I had previously bought a product of theirs from a third party which arrived broken. I thought that if anyone knew how to pack a bowl it would be the manufacturer! So it turned out. Delighted with the product and the packaging/delivery; put up with the price.”

“Two bowls were returned because one was not round (would not nest with other Mason Cash bowls), and one had severe glazing faults. Both were replaced quickly and easily. However, as with previous Mason Cash bowls, the rims chip very, very easily. I should not have bought again. Colours are nice and shape works well.”

“Love using Mason Cash products. The quality is excellent. A recent purchase of a pastry 'board' was much appreciated by my granddaughter. Not only did it have circle sizes on it for ease of rolling, there was lots of useful information on there too. To top it all it was in a beautiful green. Mine, purchased many years ago is standard white but still with all the info on it. Excellent”
