“I bought a set of the In the Meadows Mixing Bowls. I really love the look of them and thought these would be a life time investment. However, on the first use, I used an electric mixer (not hard) and considering it is meant to be dishwasher, oven and microwave safe, I thought it would be fine. After I went to hand washed the bowl and the coating had chipped all throughout the inside. After that, I decided to not use it as much, let's say within the year, I have at Max used it 10 times. Now these are cracks all over the coating of the exterior of my bowl and look like it could break. It has simply been sitting on the shelf and has been handled with the most care I can give, each time I use it. I emailed them to inquire why this is occurring but they have given no response proper response, besides "we're looking into it" for almost a month. Terribly disappointing when the product seemed so lovely.”

“Two bowls were returned because one was not round (would not nest with other Mason Cash bowls), and one had severe glazing faults. Both were replaced quickly and easily. However, as with previous Mason Cash bowls, the rims chip very, very easily. I should not have bought again. Colours are nice and shape works well.”

“I ordered two bowls from mason cash. One arrived with a chip and the other had a major manufacturing fault on the rim. It took three emails and two phone calls to get a response from returns. The lady I communicated with was helpful once I got a response. The bowls were finally returned but it took another prompt by email a week after they were returned to finally get a refund. In all it was about three weeks from order to refund. I wouldn’t order again.”
