“I have attempted to contact the Mason Cash company 4 times with no response. I do not put my MC bowls in the dishwasher - never have. My grandmother had a MC bowl that lasted for years. My bowl after a few washes now has weakness lines in it and when I removed it from the cupboard another MC dish what was in it hit the side and it chipped. The quality is not the same. The bowls are too porous. There are more durable bowls on the market that are not as costly.”

“The spoon rest does its job wonderfully, if only you could remove the cheap, pointless paper sticker without leaving half of it behind. The sticker appears to add no value as a)the brand is already part of the glazed printing, and b) i feel the declaration that it is a spoon rest is superfluous. Please do better.”

“Unfortunately my experience has not been good. made a purchase end of Nov/start Dec. The product was faulty and the glaze damaged. Sent an email was told by the sales coordinator I needed to contact clams team but that my email would be forwarded on. I also contacted claims no response. Contacted sales coordinator again and was told sorry she would make sure someone contacted me. Still no one has been in contact. Left with faulty bowls and when I pull out the one that isn’t it just makes me angry so I never use them. It’s A shame now I just want to rerun the lot. Based on my experience I would shop here again. I have receive repeated emails to write a review and kept waiting on hopes of a better outcome. Next route is contacting xx company to see if I can get my money back”

“I was really excited to order from Mason Cash as I love their products. But my order arrived broken and covered in mould. Customer services were hard to find online and I really got passed around the houses and ended up with the parent company so very confusing as they seem to work with lots of brands. The replacement items still haven’t arrived and I’ve emailed them and had no reply again, not sure what to do at this point as I’m out of pocket and it’s been several months now. So I wouldn’t shop directly with them again after this truly terrible experience, so much hassle and it’s just not worth the stress it’s caused. Also, I would like my money back for the damaged items as am still out of pocket several months on.”
