“I've been a devoted Mac guy for decades, yet never have I conversed with Steve Jobs or Tim Cook. I have spent thousands of dollars on Amazon and never once have I felt that Jeff Bezos cared whether or not I was satisfied with products or services. However, at MC, Rae, Choke, Jake and Rurik have all spent time chatting with me... answering questions... offering tips... they have shown an extremely classy "personal touch" in their concern and care... not just concern for whether I have been satisfied with their services, but for how I personally have been recovering from surgery on my arm and shoulder. MC was referred to me by a friend so that I could still participate in the D2 world even though I couldn't use my hand for a while. I didn't realize what a class act the MC Team really is. I do now and I highly recommend them. Efficient, trustworthy, friendly, professional, caring... truly a class act.”

“I’ve four kids and a very senior job with a lot of pressure. I also love gaming. You can see the problem. MC was recommended to me by a friend over Christmas and I’m now a regular customer. And I will be for a very long time to come. Simply put, this is customer service done perfectly. Great website, a reward scheme - which I’ve used - and lots on offer. The team place a high premium on good communications with customers: it’s the small touches that matter. Even though the team must receive around 30 new orders a day, everyone is made to feel like their wishes matter. Every order is executed flawlessly and in a very respectable timeframe. Everything about this operation just says ‘world class’ and you will not regret parting with a few dollars to get your stuff done. You even get a report sent by email with your loot; you can specify whether you want the team to open bounties etc - and you can also specify certain requests in the comments box. Payment is via card or - brilliantly - via Amazon Pay which means my wife doesn’t find out..,. Superb as always and as I say, I’ll be a firm fan of MC as long as I’m a gamer. Just great.”

“They run an awesome service, between work and family I don't always have free time to play. Since bungie hides all the best weapons in raids mastercaries helps me a lot. They are always friendly and quick to respond. I have used them for over a year with no problems regarding handling my account info. Best service available you will have no regrets if you choose to use them.”
